Hey I’m Jess, a freelance chef based in London.

I love making food that brings people together from big sharing platters to more intimate sit down meals with your nearest and dearest. You’ll often find me making dishes from across South East and East Asia, Italy and the Mediterranean and I’m always excited to explore new flavours, ingredients and plates from around the world.

It was during time spent studying in Singapore and traveling across South East Asia that sparked my passion for food, trying so many things I never had before. Coming home I started trying to recreate my favourites and from there my love of cooking grew and grew.

After 7 years working in environmental charities I decided to turn my passion into something more and retrained as a chef at Leiths School of Food and Wine gaining a distinction on the Culinary Diploma and being awarded Wine Student of the Year for top marks in Levels 1 and 2 WSET(Wine & Spirit Education Trust) in Wine.

So pull up a seat at my table, where the food’s delicious, the wine will be flowing and the vibes are always high.
